Manhattan based licensed fashion, sports, and entertainment accessories company is looking highly motivated A/R Chargeback Specialist. Our integrated portfolio contains an unprecedented offering - creating the ultimate go-to resource for Men’s, Women’s and Children’s licensed accessory products.
 
Seeking A/R-Charge Back Specialist
• Work with factor
• Research of charge backs
• Monthly A/R reports
• Issuing of credits
• Offsetting credits and unapplied monies to accounts • Working with the sales team to resolve chargeback issues.
Recording Non factor invoices and following collections.


Four year degree preferred
2-5 years experience
EXCELLENT written and communication skills
Strong Excel experience and accuracy with numbers  Knowledge of Quick Books
Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment and work well with the team
An understanding of \"time sensitive\" issues is also important, as well being able to thrive under pressure
